If you can, avoid this company.

My experience dealing with SNG Barratt NL has been poor; they are completely irresponsible and do not value their customers—I placed two orders, and both times I received incomplete shipments.

Many times now you supply the incorrect parts.
You need to understand the effect this has on our business costing time, money and dissatisfaction with our customers.
In the past 6 months it has happened on more occasions than not

Very helpful and knowledgeable, underpromised and over delivered. Easy to talk to on the phone and experience not ruined by useless complicated website unlike most modern day organisations, thanks for great service and please do not change.

I have been a customer of SNGB for the best part of two decades and they have never let me down.
Often my orders are complicated and complex but the dedicated sales and technical staff are more than up to the challenge.
There is also the personal touch when doing business with SNGB. The person you are dealing with supplies his or her email address.
Well done SNGB and I will continue to recommend you to my many car enthusiast friends.
