Simple Study has been great, but limited.
Simple Study has been great so far! I’ve been using it to help with daily revision and studying for exams. My LC is in 2028 so I’ve still got a bit to go! The only downside to simple study is the price, which has slightly limited my time on simple study and studying in general. Simple study is great for notes and flashcards but it’s harder when it’s limited. Simple study is great for short time usage if you’re using the free version but I can’t say much about long term. Great for study, pretty expensive
Overall, I love using SimpleStudy. For anyone studying history (or any other subject), it is a lifesaver. Takes chapters and puts them into 2 paragraphs.
The annoying thing is, if you don't have premium, you really can't do much, and it's very restrictive. It's a bit like Duolingo; companies have to make money, but it's a shame it gets in the way of using the app.

This app seems like it could be really useful, but the price puts me off
This app seems like it could be really good and help me with revision in my final year of GCSEs, but the free version is really quite limited and stopping me from wanting to use it more. I get it that companies have to make money, but it's a shame the free version doesn't give you a little more functionality as I really can't afford the paid version.

I have been using simple nearly every day for my studies since junior cert the app is amazing very good notes and the ai is even better to explain the notes I don't understand the only thing I have to say is the pricing can be a bit annoying especially after the price raise I remember paying like 3 euro something for a plans Nd now it's nearly triple the price I tend to use simple study every day for my LC preparation

Simple study review
I use simple study every day in my preparation for LC in 2028, it’s very straightforward and the information is right in front of you, rather than having to look through a textbook for a much longer time for the key information, I used it for my JC which I done well in thanks to the help of simple study. The one and only bad thing I’d have to say about simple study is it can be expensive to ask my parents each month to pay it for me so I tend to just use the daily free trial which does the job I suppose, but I think the prices should be lowered that would help people like me a lot. Initially, hidden behind a paywall and wouldn't let me complete the one lesson a day when I switched tabs, showing the upgrade to premium often. Great App. Easy and well priced
It seems that Educational resources are going to explode with AI. I looked at a few apps offering this service and this one won out for ease of use and reasonable pricing. I struggled with encrypted text but there is a way round that - just ask AI. Overall very pleased. Some subjects like English Literature and Geography are easier to listen to and one can use it ‘on the go’. Thank you.

SimpleStudy served my revising and studying for the time I needed it very well.I found the notes and the AI tool very helpful ,and I found the app overall very engaging as I struggle with attention. I have stopped using the app as I am finished with my exams and once I found my account was still being charged I wrote a refund request and was within 5 minutes met with a reply processing my refund my Maijta ,overall a very pleasant experience .

I sat my Junior Cert in 2026 and this study tool was actual peak. It helped me so much especially in Higher Level Irish. The notes are so good and the sample answers are really helpful. The only thing I would call out is that if you're using tablets or iPads it doesn't have a horizontal mode so it's a bit inconvenient and also if you are using laptop or macbook there is no zoom in feature. Otherwise that this helped me so much and I guess we'll see how well it really performed in October!

Can’t afford premium? Oh well. No studying for you.
I have only used this for a few days but it only let me to do one lesson each day. Otherwise, I did enjoy it and it was useful but without premium I do not see a point. It’s such a shame as it was quite helpful.

Amazing with Premium!
Originally I had the free version and I found that I could do very little with the website of what was provided in the free version. However, I upgraded to premium and I absolutely love it! It is literally like Duolingo just for exam content which makes it so much easier to learn. Loads of other features too. Really recommend.

Really good study app!!!
Really good study app especially for last minute revision. I used this for A-Levels, but there is access to so many different resources and qualifications. I have the maximum subscription plan, but without this it wasnt very accessible. However, it is worth it for the resources you then have access to.
