Disappointed in quality-

I bought an Equinox T-shirt in navy. Loved the colour, design and fit. Shop staff in Bude are lovely.

Loved it so much I bought another.

The first has now been washed twice, on both occasions on 30 degree washes. The colour loss is n very noticeable, it’s no longer the strong dark navy, it is a much duller dark blue. This change is very obvious sonde by side with yesterday’s new purchase.

I accept that things fade over time, but a significant change over two gentle washes is not what I would reasonably expect.

Pretty disappointing - and I can’t find a customer service number to call. I will look again and see if I can find one

Otherwise it’s an email I guess.

Such a shame I have also bought another T-shirt design there recently and will be interesting to see how it washes

Maybe I was just unlucky, but based on this I wouldn’t buy again.
