Saltrock Clothing Reviews 

I have been in two Saltrock shops one in Torbay and one in dalton park both have been very welcoming and friendly. The staff were super helpful too. Would highly recommend both shops. Also the quality for the hoody and jumper I got was amazing and I love it.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The shop was set out very well.

The company is shite do not use it do not buy anything from them they use random e mails to create false sales

Shop and staff in Newquay are great, staff helpful and range of stock/sizes very good.

Website was easy to navigate, kept updated about the order and the return process (couple of things didn’t fit) was very easy and straightforward.

I ordered it on Sept 2nd and it’s not arrived yet….no sign. It said between the 5th and 8th….

I was on holiday saw the shop popped in and brought some nice t shirts and the staff was really friendly and helpful

Not the fastest service, but the products were well packed and arrived safely.

Service was really good . The only trouble I have is my items I bout were to small for my granddaughter and the only way I can change them is come over which is hard as I live in burnham on sea , so it would take over an hour to get there ?

Great clothing range , really poor sense of urgency in fulfilling the delivery of the order with excuses that they are ‘really busy’ you put on the sale so up your staff it accordingly to cope with the demand

Disappointed with service- order placed 28/8 with a delivery estimate of 3-5 days… on day 7, no goods.
I e mailed salt rock querying what was going on with my delivery- as order could not be tracked. Now that did indeed appear to prompt my item being dispatched- and now received (finally). However, good customer service would have been to respond to me, (no response received) apologise for delay (no apology) and state what action taken (no that didn’t happen either) something to consider Salt Rock … certainly this experience has put me off ordering from Salt Rock again… you also requested feedback from me before goods received- thus my 3 star review- 2 more stars required to improve customer service Salt Rock…
