Moving house is not easy, but without the team at Holmfirth it would not have happened at all for us. All the staff were great and very supportive throughout. Special thanks have to go to Fiona. Our sale was not easy, particularly after the first buyers dropped out, but Kia McGrath could not have been more helpful. In the end all her hard work paid off, the right people fell in love with our house and, after one or two annoying legal delays, bought it.

Kia was wonderful at the Holmfirth branch as were all the staff I came into contact with. The whole process of marketing my home and achieving the asking price was spot on. Unfortunately once the solicitors took over it dragged on and on but Kia and the team worked non stop to keep things moving along as best they could and keep me up to date with developments. I can't praise them enough and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

Could not have had better service

We have been on a very difficult journey with the sale of my home. The team in Holmfirth have been fantastic. Very supportive when I’ve been desperate. I feel they have done their job and many miles beyond. From the first visit from Catherine and the chatting about the old days. To friendly cheerful support from the team. Fiona should be the companies councillor. I’ll miss our chats I’m sure they won’t as it’s because something else has gone wrong. Finally I’ve moved out and come over to the dark side Lancashire.
