Misguided during my visit.

Lisa was incredibly empathetic and professional. The entire experience with Rafa was completely stress-free, and the process was transparent and clearly communicated by the whole team from start to finish.

Rex is an amazing vet clinic, I always feel that my cat is in the bets hands possible and the stuff tries to make even unpleasant procedures as easy as possible.

Always top notch service, professional, organised and well co-ordinated team of staff, very patient, knowledgeable and the clinic is always exceptionally clean. Our dog has a positive and relaxed experience and being able to track past appointments, as well as upcoming necessary follow ups via the app is so user friendly and awesome! We highly recommend Rex!

Fantastic vets that truly care for pets! This is now our dog's regular practice, and we have our favourite vet for her, Ms. Schule. We had to wait a little to be seen, but otherwise, the attention is always incredible.

We are so happy with Rex. As non‑German speakers, it’s incredibly reassuring to come here, because everyone speaks English and takes the time to clearly explain each process and treatment. The whole team is always friendly and welcoming. Thank you for putting our pets’ safety first and for making them feel so comfortable.

The vet was super kind, she explain clearly everything and take the time for a whole check up examination to our two dogs. All the staff were very friendly.
