I ordered pick up on the night before and they replied promptly and came the next day. The company was in touch to give me updates on the pick-up . They arrived at the scheduled time and picked up the items I needed to donate. I would recommend them to anyone.

I filled out the pickup form for six…
I filled out the pickup form for six pieces of furniture. The cost estimate was a little over $200.00. I was told by Morningstar Missions you would accept the furniture. When the driver arrived I was told Morningstar might not accept some of the furniture and I would be charged a disposal fee. The cost went from $200.00 to $400.00. Next time I'll just junk the furniture.

Tikki was amazing
Tikki was amazing! She arrived on time, was so courteous and friendly. Her and her assistant were able to remove a large piece of furniture without any damage to our property. Can't say enough good things about the experience.
