Scam Company
I took my time and listed each item to be donated which totaled between 15-17 items, I also downloaded pictures and was quoted $600+. When Resupply got to the house, they immediately told my husband what wouldn’t be acceptable to donate to Goodwill and if we still want them to move the furniture that Goodwill wouldn’t accept that it’ll change the quote. After the reassessment it cost us $1223.00!! We had a closing scheduled and didn’t have time to schedule with another company. I felt taken advantage of, I told the guy I listed all my pieces with pictures and he just kept talking over me tell me I could call 1-800-JUNK, which was insulting because he saw the items as junk. Terrible experience, I will let Goodwill know too of my experience and hopefully they will choose other companies to partner with!!

Straightforward process and great customer service
The booking process was easy and straightforward. The driver arrived on time, was courteous, respectful not to drag mud through the house and efficient with the pick up and loading of the large size items we needed to donate. Pricing was clear and easy to complete. I would recommend this service for anyone moving or trying to donate household items and furniture.

Excellent experience with contract people
The contract people who came to. pickup my items were on time and professional and easy to communicate with. I was disappointed that resupply did not share ahead of my pick up day, that they charge an additional fee for pianos.

Driver did not show up on the day we reserved. (Moving the items the day we planned was important to us. We had people coming to stay with us due to a death in the family.) When he did finally show up the next day, he dropped the cabinet and damaged it.

I had a great experience with ReSupply arranging the pickup and delivery of my furniture donation to The Salvation Army.
The pickup was handled by Eazy Hauling Services. The team consisted of Lupe and two gentlemen. Lupe did an excellent job organizing and coordinating the pickup, and the entire team was professional, careful, and efficient.
They did a fantastic job, and I truly appreciated their hard work and excellent service.
I highly recommend ReSupply and Eazy Hauling Services. Well-deserved 5 stars!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!
Every part of the process went smoothly and they provided immediate pickup. That was my dream! The 2 young men who arrived to take my donation thanked me profusely and genuinely for what I was donating. And it was clear that they themselves really care about usable or sellable items NOT going into landfills as trash...they weren't just a couple of guys who came to "pick stuff up". In the future I will only use ReSupply!

That I was given drivers who came to…
That I was given drivers who came to pick up the items who didn't show up. Then the one who did was at the wrong home and had a nasty attitude with me because he didn't follow his own gps correctly. I also didn't like that face that when I tried to call and speak to someone about his driver i was given a link to only communicate through texts.
