Septum piercings are commonly seen in both 14 and 16 Gauge. We recommend checking with your piercer or measuring the size of your current septum piece. Common gauges by piercing: Septum: 14 Gauge (1.6mm) or 16 Gauge (1.2mm) Daith/ Forward Helix: 16 Gauge (1.2mm) Please note: Sterling Silver is a soft metal, please take extra care not to bend the circle out of shape when opening and closing; as the clicker mechanism may stop working.

Love this septum ring but after a few months it just came loose. It doesn't stay securely closed and keeps falling off. Not with the price.

So so pretty but impossible to get in since the opening is on the left side!!! I’ve never run into this before. The clasp always opened on the right for me. Frustrating because it is so pretty but not worth the time and pain of trying to get it through.
