The overall experience with Radonova has been very poor

The entire experience with Radonova has been difficult: From returning the monitor puck to the mitigation activities coordinated by their other division, HBPRadon. There is no way to get in touch with anyone. All available phone numbers for either entity have been going to the same "Our phone line is temporarily unavailable" message for weeks. It gives instructions to send an email to customer service. There is never a response to emails sent to the instructed address or messages sent through the customer portal, or any of their other published "help" email addresses. Bottom line: There is just NO customer service from this company.

First, on communication: our team informed you earlier today that your email address (JDC.9TPMS@8SHIELD.NET) is being flagged by our firewall due to its format. This may have caused delays on messages from us, and it's likely you've experienced this with other companies as well. I also tried to personally reach you by phone about an hour after you requested a call – unfortunately without an answer. I mention this only so you know we are actively trying to reach you, not avoiding you.

Second, on your case: we are in contact with the mitigation firm, Radon Services of Kansas, to fully understand the situation. I want to be transparent with you – we cannot cancel a mitigation without a proper investigation, and that investigation is underway now.

I understand you want this resolved quickly, and so do we. You will hear from me by email as soon as we have more information from the mitigation firm.

Avoid this America company. No customer service

I had there radon detector in my basement for 4 months. When it came time to return it for testing Canada post said I needed to fill out a declaration of duties first. This meant downloading a private app of filling out forms for duties and shipping cost. When I contacted radonova numerous times to find out if this is what I needed to do they never returned my email. Radonova has no customer service. Canadians, avoid this company! The hoops you need to jump through are just not worth it. There are much better Canadian companies. Radonova take your money, waste 4 months of your time only to throw their product into the garbage. Buy Canada! Avoid American companies at all cost!

We have looked into this now, and cannot see any emails from you. Can you please confirm all emails have been sent to customerservice@radonova.com, and from what email you are sending the inquires?

Customers often pick Radonova because of our excellent customer service and guidance through the process of testing for radon, and I want to better understand when, and where, you have contacted our support team.

Regarding the returns to the United States for analysis - that has indeed been the case in the past, and we have been very transparent about not having a lab in Canada.

However, we have since July this year opened up our first Canadian office, and deliveries and returns now stays within Canada going forward. As our long term radon detector is the most popular detector for testing radon in Canadian homes, this is a step in the right direction for making the journey smoother for Canadians.

Please resend the inquiry to customerservice@radonova.com and we can start the process of solving any questions or concern you may have.

I ordered a kit and it never arrived. I've tried to contact the company by phone, email and through the form on their website multiple times but no reply.

We're sorry to hear your order didn't arrive and that it's been impossible to get in touch with us. Your order was sent on the 13th but must have been lost in post. Note that all orders are dispatched from our Sweden branch to avoid customs complications but they do sometimes take a little while to get through. We'll re-send the order tomorrow and hope one of the packages will arrive very soon. Many apologies for the inconvenience this has caused!

3 months since I sent the kit, no results

I sent you guys my radon test kit back in February. I called you in March and was told that it was received and results gonna be ready in 10 days. Now it is the end of April and still nothing.

Unfortunately, we were unable to issue a report due to a manufacturing defect of the radon detector. As communicated over email on the 8th of May, we have sent a new test kit free of charge, for retest of the property.

The form didn’t ask for testing dates…

The form didn’t ask for testing dates and times yet you couldn’t run the test because I didn’t provide them. I gave the dates/times that I ran the test and would appreciate if you could take them over the phone so I don’t incur additional cost and waste of time.
