We had a great service from Oulsnam in Bournville. Lizzie was our designated Agent and we couldn’t have asked for more. Kept in touch throughout until a successful move to our lovely new home. If Lizzie wasn’t available other staff were just as responsive which is much appreciated.

Allowing access for multiple surveys and building checks while keeping both us and the seller happy. Bromsgrove Oulsnams sold a deceased estate property.
I have used them previously and once again they exceeded expectations with professionalism, courtesy, approachability and expertise.
It is good to see the staff there do not keep changing so other than the addition of an administrator it was the same team as two years ago.
