Ron conducted our viewing at a property today, they scheduled it last minute to fit in with our schedules. He was personably and answered all our questions to the best of our knowledge. When selling my late father's house, we found the Barnt Green team to be professional, helpful and communication on all matters were prompt and informative.
This review would not be complete without mentioning Sarah (Kirk). Throughout the whole process she was helpful, supportive and easy to talk to. Giving detailed feedback on viewings, useful tips and putting in a considerable amount of effort to ensure the sale went through with her kind and cheerful manner, always returning calls promptly. Due to Sarah the stressful process of selling our old family home was made so much easier.

We have recently successfully sold our property using the Bournville branch of Oulsnam and the money is now in our bank account.
It sold quickly at a good price. A great start! However, this is just the beginning of the process. It always takes weeks until completion and the sale money is eventually transferred.
However, what stands out for me is the support the staff at the Bournville branch then offered us during this period as they all worked towards an eventual final completion for us.
A group of very pleasant, professional staff kept gently pushing us, kept pushing the other parties, the buyer and even our own solicitors in the sale to encourage and nudge forward the sale towards completion.
At the same time, they kept us constantly up to date with progress, with problems or any actions that we needed to take to move the progress forward.
It was great to have them all on our side!

From start to finish Oulsnam kings Heath were fantastic in particular Michelle she came to value the house after the death of our parents and it was really sad for us but she was so lovely and sympathetic and a shoulder to cry on.It sold instantly.But it took an awful long time because of the Will and Deputyship problems but Oulsnam liased with the solicitors and kept us updated every step of the way .We can’t thank them enough
Moving forward I wouldn’t hesitate to use Oulsnam in the future

From personal experience estate agents can be frustrating to deal with. Oulsnam are the exception. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I shall be forever thankful that I found Vicky and the team at Oulsnam Redditch. Today, we complete on our house sale in Rubery after 9 painful months on the market with another agent, Oulsnam were a breath of fresh air. The service offered was impeccable, honest and they delivered. Within 5 days of being on the market with Oulsnam, I had 4 booked viewings, all conducted over a weekend with Jeff. Jeff was fantastic with the viewings and taking people around with knowledge, friendliness and consideration. Just sold my house with Oulsnam and Co. Kings Heath, the team are excellent.
I was a little apprehensive in the beginning about the whole process but Michelle gave me reassurance that they would manage everything on my behalf from the start. The photos Georgie took were great quality and really showcased the house at it’s best, and both she and Alison were fabulous with viewings and keeping me informed every step of the way. Regular updates were provided giving details of the current property market which were useful too.
Overall I am very pleased with the service provided, the team are professional with a friendly approach, and I would certainly use them again.

Our sale and purchase has been one of the most stressful experiences we’ve ever been through, lasting several months and involving delays that were largely outside Oulsnam’s control.

Throughout it all, Emma Sutton has been exceptional. She kept us updated, chased matters relentlessly, and was always honest about where things stood. Even when there was very little progress to report, she never left us wondering what was happening and always responded promptly to our emails and calls.

What really stood out was that Emma genuinely cared. She understood how stressful the situation had become for us and worked tirelessly to keep the transaction moving. We always felt that she was on our side and doing everything within her power to achieve a successful outcome.

Buying and selling property can be incredibly frustrating, but having someone like Emma fighting your corner makes all the difference.
