My experience with NRL has been superb ! Very organised, always kept in the loop every step of the way. From interview to all checks being carried out. The staff at NRL were very approachable and replied to my emails, promptly and were very helpful.

First time working through NRL
First time working through NRL. Money was incorrect as not paid through cis. Phoned up and informed . They turned it around and sorted within 24 hrs so was still paid on friday after innitial call on Thursday. Great service.

Great Work Ethic
I was required to dig into some administrative history relating to legacy use of nrl's contract portal. Hope Davies could not be more helpful not only was her response immediate she also copied in additional resource for further help.
The fact there was no requirement for Hope to do this furthered my appreciation of a super work ethic.
