We visited NCF Living on two consecutive days before making our final decision, and the main reason we chose to buy our sofa from here was the excellent service we received from Michael at the Leeds store.
We had seen a very similar sofa that we liked at the shop next door, and it was even cheaper. However, Michael's outstanding customer service made all the difference. He was incredibly enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help without being pushy.
Michael took the time to answer all our questions, guide us through the options, and make us feel confident about our purchase. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile gave us a much better overall experience than anywhere else we visited.
Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and it's the reason we chose to buy from NCF Living. A big thank you to Michael for making our sofa-buying experience such a pleasant one. Highly recommended! 😊

Popped into NCF to have a look at sofas. Chris at the London Road store in Glasgow was really helpful. He let us have a look around without pestering us which some salesmen can do and it puts you off.
We gave him an idea of what we were looking for. Had another look around and picked a sofa and a lovely comfy armchair. Delivery within 7-10 days sold it for us. Good prices, plenty to choose from. Great service.

Dave at the Milton Keynes store was very patient and understanding with our specific needs. Highlighting products that would work for a wheelchair user but giving us time and space to ensure the product was right for us.

Dave at the MK store was brilliant with us. Gave us great guidance and information. The products on offer were also amazing and very competitively priced compared to other similar stores.

Not really one to write reviews but couldn’t not mention this experience. Really lovely experience at NCF Living in Warrington, especially thanks to Abbey. I’m quite particular about the aesthetic I’m trying to create in my home, so I had lots of questions and specific things I was looking for. Abbey was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer everything I asked without making me feel like I was being difficult!

She really listened to what I wanted and helped me feel confident in my choices. It’s made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you, Abbey, for being so helpful and understanding!
