Very knowledgeable

Rav was exceptionally helpful and…

Rav was exceptionally helpful and professional throughout our visit. He provided clear, detailed information on the sofa ranges, keeping his recommendations completely objective and tailored to what we actually needed rather than pushing a high-pressure sale. His product knowledge made comparing materials, dimensions, and configurations effortless.
​The rest of the team at NCF were equally welcoming and supportive, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend asking for Rav if you're visiting!

Lovely, attentive

Lovely service, personal touch and no hard sell. Everything was dealt with swiftly and with care. I would highly recommend Sarah for how attentive she was and how comfortable she made my family feel and listened to what we wanted. Brilliant, a perfect experience and how show rooms should be.

Fantastic experience at NCF! We’re absolutely delighted with our new sofa.

A special mention to Hugh, who was brilliant from start to finish. Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy, which makes such a difference when you’re trying to choose the right sofa.

He gave us plenty of time, answered all our questions and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

Great service, great choice and a cracking sofa. Would definitely recommend NCF, and if you’re visiting, ask for Hugh! 👏
