Went to the Warrington store today as we wanted a new mattress for our bed, we had a great experience and managed to purchase exactly what we wanted. I had a really positive experience at NCF Furniture in Highgate, thanks to Usman. He was extremely polite, helpful and professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly and provide all the information we needed.

We were looking for sofa beds, but unfortunately I was in a hurry and couldn’t make a purchase on the day. However, Usman was so helpful and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I was genuinely impressed by his customer service and will definitely be going back soon to purchase our sofa bed.
