I purchased an exdisplay sofa & chair for £1299. The staff instore recommended someone they use to deliver such items & I went ahead with them. When the delivery took place one if the delivery people scratched one of the dark glossy legs. I went to the Edinburgh store where the staff are nuce but Customer Services were very unhelpful. I was informed that because it was exdisplay they could not help. I asked if they could source me a new leg & I would of course pay but was told they don't have spares & wouldn't give me the manufacturers details and could not help any further. I understand there is no comeback with exdisplay furniture but £1299 is a lot of money to me & they recommended the delivery people.
After having the sofa for one week wirh minimum use, one of the legs fell off. I regret buying from this company & will not shop there again or recommended to family & friends.

We ordered 2 single beds of the same colour, but when they arrived they did not match and one of them had faulty fixtures. Over the past 6 weeks we have tried numerous ways (emails, phonecalls, store visits to the Chester branch) to have these issues resolved but NCF have continously fobbed us off by telling us that it is "being dealt with" and "replacements are on the way". Their after sales service is dreadful, think very carefully before you buy anything from this store. We are still waiting for our replacements after 6 weeks, and paying over £1,000 cash for our beds.

Great experience visiting NFC living. Balgit from the Glasgow store took time to help us pick out an exact sofa that works for us and took time to explain all our options. We felt welcome and comfortable with no pressure to buy. Would definitely reccomend!

NCF had the best choice of furniture. No sales pressure, Beth was very helpful. Delivery was quick and efficient, maybe a little expensive. Really happy with my table and chairs, and will be going to NCF in the future.

I called into the Thurrock store and was well looked after by Jack Dawson - very helpful in finding answers to questions. I ordered over the phone after going home to measure up and Jack made the process for ordering and paying very seamless.

Do not go to NCF the customer service is absolutely terrible are sofa arrived broken and it’s taken over a month to sort out! They keep giving delivery dates opposite to what we can do and now are trying to charge us £100 re delivery charge due to the company’s third party delivery company they use for there mistakes! Nothing gets sorted quickly and they are rude. I will never use this company again!!
