Tristan at the Manchester branch was …

Tristan at the Manchester branch was so amazing , he helped with every detail very questions I asked him he could deliver, he is the man.
He makes me feel like I could buy a sofa every month just to interact with him one of the most exquisite experience I had in a long while.

Hugh in Paisley was very accommodating…

Hugh in Paisley was very accommodating and patient when we explained my mums circumstances with waiting for decor to be complete prior to the sofa delivery. Super helpful, polite and friendly! Highly recommend NCF customer service.

Never buying from NCF again.

Never buying from NCF again.
They charged me £100 delivery fee only for my order to be given to an external company for delivery who are the worst delivery company I’ve had to deal with (Furdeco). They canceled my delivery 3 times before it was finally delivered 5 weeks later. Also when it finally came all the boxes were ripped to pieces like they had been thrown about. Mercifully my order was in one piece when I unpacked it.

I feel completely ripped off for spending £100 on a shitty delivery. Never Again!!!

Very good service from Vithu

Very good service from Vithu , very helpful and friendly person 👍🏻 We've had the bed for a few years now, and I have to say it was a great choice; today we bought chairs for the living room, and I'm sure they'll serve us well.
