I went into the store just for a look around . Sue came on to me and showed me around, she was very friendly even told me the colours of the leathers (as i am colour blind) and told me about the quality . I only went in to see if I could match an a settee I have . But came out buying a new three piece suit. Thank you Sue .

We have a lovely experience with Morna from the Edinburgh branch. She was very accommodating and was really kind to us . We were well looked after and were able to get a great deal for our furniture for our new home. Highly recommend this store and the lovely staff in it.

Spoke to Liam from NCF Uddingston who was absolutely brilliant! He spoke through the entire process in great detail and didn't make us feel rushed, wasn't pushy and went out his way to hunt down a picture from another store of a bed frame in a colour they didn't have in stock to help me decide on what one I wanted in which finally helped me feel completely confident on my choice.

Can't recommend him more, he was top class!

Brendan in Paisley met us on arrival. Very pleasant with no severe sale pitch. Took us thru a number of beds and fully explained about the differant mattresses etc. Delighted with his service and happy to make a purchase

Visited the Preston store twice whilst furnishing our new home. Both visits were helpful, clear with information and not pushy at all. Saad at Preston store helped us with our final financed purchases and kept it quick and easy. He was also great with our little girl who naturally was pretty bored in a showroom. All round good experience.

Lewis was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable when advising me on sofas. He was incredibly patient while I looked around at all the furniture and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He was also able to help me with my measurements and explain how the sofa would come apart, which gave me great confidence that it would fit into my home. His advice was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated his time and would highly recommend his service.
