Got our sofa from the hull store, Derek was lovely but he mislead us in saying the frame and springs are gaurented for life, that's not true, springs only got a years gaurentee unlike DFS which have 15 years, this was the main reason we choose the store, so I feel betrayed, also made me do a good review in store which I don't think is good practice, no wonder there's lots of good reviews, overall sofa is ok, one has a small hole which I reported, so far heard nothing, also had 3 carpet beetle on it, so not great tbh, NCF after care is not good.

I was looking to purchase a 4 seater sofa and a snuggler chair. We went to MK and the team were very friendly and helpful. I really liked a sofa they called Manor but can't find it online. Have emailed but no response as yet. Furniture Village has a similar sofa although I do prefer the NCF one I just don't feel I can purchase it due to the reviews I have read on the aftercare customer service. Dissappointed but glad I have done my research

We have been waiting for a single bed now for 3 weeks . They say the mattress and the base are in the warehouse (over a week) but the headboard is missing. Why can't they just deliver the two items that are in. It seems that the warehouse is the problem.

Amazing service and very friendly staff, Humaira at the merry hill branch was very helpful and helped me to choose an amazing sofa, overall great experience would definitely come again!

Walked into NCF Thurrock today in search of a bed for our new house purchase. Raj did an amazing job finding us a good deal in no time! Would definitely recommend paying a visit!

Good prices . Great furniture. Probably the best place in Chester for quality furniture, Dave one of the sales advisers was great at showing me all the new stock.

Nas at Leeds has been fantastic, I didn’t feel hassled or like he was trying to upsell products I didn’t want. We found a sofa we really liked and was very accommodating to us. We weren’t sure whether it would fit, whether the house would complete on time etc but instead of being pushy he informed us of the home buyers scheme. Thank you Nas for you customer service!

Naz from the Leeds store was very good with us. He explained everything to us and made it very clear what we were buying without making us feel pressured.

I was assisted by Morna in the edinburgh branch and she couldnt have been any better! Delivered assistance with every need we had and was met with no problem whatsoever!
