£30 a month Subscription trap

I asked a question about plumbing, paid £1 the £16 and was very happy. Two months later I spotted £30 a month (in advance) going to this site from PayPal... I didn't even know PayPal did subscriptions!.. I did not sign up for a subscription and if I did it was very well hidden. So my five minute phone call has now cost me £107... They may not be "technically" scammers but I'm pretty sure they are quite happy to trap the unsuspecting and I'm guessing I have absolutely No chance of a refund! Avoid!!

Swift response…

Whilst it wasn’t the favourable answer I wanted to hear, it was an honest answer I needed to hear instead of googling and getting false hope answers. It did not take very long to receive a response and the lady I dealt with was patient and answered everything I asked.
