Poor service and mechanical fault on car
Bought a car end of July but has a problem with gearbox/clutch transmission mount?
Was told to go though spectrum insurance was sent to 2 garages one said needed new gearbox other said transmission mount was sheered off.
Got the transmission mount fixed but still has a clunking noise when Changing gear lifting clutch up whist driving? Puma st

Stolen belongings after poor review
I bought my first car from Motorpoint. Before collecting the car, they promised they would make is as perfect as possible, such as removing the stains from the back seats, clean the indicator lights.
When we picked it up, the stains were still there and the indicator lights hadn’t been touched. We were then told that the valet manager had refused to sort them out. I was really taken aback because the things they had promised were easy jobs, but I still went ahead and took the car because I hadn’t bought it for its cleanliness. Once I was home, we noticed they had also left rubbish in the car from the previous owner, such as sweet packets and crumbs, suggesting the cleaning team did nothing. Promises had been made and I was extremely disappointed.
After I left a poor review, they asked for the car back to give it another clean and, what felt like, an attempt to fix their review. I had bought brand-new mats and learner plates for the car, but when we collected it again, both the mats and learner plates were missing.
I contacted Wendy multiple times about this and received no response, so I eventually had to ring. Her response was, “Well, I haven’t had an email.” I asked her to contact the team who cleaned the car because the mats and plates were brand new, clearly belonged to me and had been bought elsewhere. It has now been over a week and I still haven’t heard anything back.
Honestly, I think it is disgusting, and because it happened after I left a poor review, it felt targeted. I have now had to go out and buy more learner plates and mats. They had also stuck stickers onto my car, which I then had to take elsewhere to be cleaned just to get them off.
This was my first experience of buying a car and should have been exciting, but instead I was left disappointed, ignored and out of pocket. Absolutely disgusting customer service

The store sold my sister a dodgy car
The store sold my sister a dodgy car, didn’t fulfil their legal obligations to repair a car that was faulty when sold. They do whatever they can to say it’s not covered by warranty and force you to investigate and repair problems on your own expense, and fob you off with any excuse.
Shocking service, would never ever use again.
Manager and customer service team are probably just following the poor instructions from head office but they have no clue about the laws and the obligations they should follow.
Avoid buying unless you are 100% confident the car has no problems.
Make sure you never buy as a cash buyer, and use car finance so you’ve got someone on your side to deal with them.
Only positive is that the price was ok.

Edit: it's hardly surprising Kayley can't find the order details, it explains why she's not responding to our emails or refunding my sister the money she's owed.
Only interested when it's a public review, brilliant, it's a bit too late for that. Sorry.
