I sent 27.715 LTC to them, but they blocked the transaction and have not returned the funds for 13 days. There is no defined timeframe for the refund, meaning the waiting period could be indefinite. On a similar platform, I came across a complaint from a client who had been waiting for over six months, and there are many such reviews. A significant number of them are left unresolved, meaning it remains unclear whether the funds were ever returned. Personally, I no longer expect a refund.

I strongly advise against using this exchanger, as I consider it dishonest toward its clients. Additionally, the so-called Terms of Service (TOS) are structured in such a way that clients have no real rights, and the exchanger is not obligated to return the funds, even after receiving them from the client.

It is important to note that mine.exchange essentially acts as an intermediary between the client and 3rd party exchangers. However, in cases of transaction freeze, the other "exchanger" does not inform mine.exchange about the timelines for reviewing the request to unfreeze the funds. Mine.exchange has no leverage or even apparent interest in accelerating the process. When clients express dissatisfaction, the support team responds with emojis in the chat.

There is much more to be said, but the most crucial points have been addressed above. I do not recommend this exchanger. It borders on classic scam scheme.

Everything is simple and clear. I changed around $10k on this exchanger. Several times there were problems with the possibility of transfer on my part, once I had to prove that I transferred money with a receipt, but support always helped.

Definitely recommend. And you also have a discount accruing on your account depending on the amount of funds transferred. A small thing, but nice.
