I am at the beginning of my EB-3 process through MCCUSA, recently having my ETA-9089 submitted to the U.S. Department of Labor. So far, the experience has been positive — the team has been responsive, transparent in answering my questions, and professional throughout. My case coordinator Vitor was helpful and patient during our consultations. I look forward to sharing further updates as the process continues. I recommend MCCUSA to those seeking guidance through the EB-3 immigration process.

Still waiting for my Stoughton Trailers PERM filing
I am currently an EB-3 applicant with MCC USA for the Assembler position with Stoughton Trailers. I made my first payment at the end of July 2026.
I understand from the recent update that the Stoughton recruitment process is still moving forward and that the recruitment report has been completed. However, as of today, I have not yet received confirmation that my ETA-9089/PERM has been filed, and I have not received a PERM case number.
I also sent an email directly to MCC USA requesting an update on my individual case, but unfortunately I have not received a response to that email.
I understand that the PERM process involves coordination between MCC, the sponsoring employer, and the law firm, and that some steps may take time. My concern is mainly the lack of a clear individual update after my payment.
I would appreciate it if MCC could confirm the current status of my case and, if it has not yet been filed, clarify what step is still pending and when the ETA-9089 is expected to be submitted.
I will update this review when I receive further information or when my PERM is filed.

My experience with MCC was fine until…
My experience with MCC was fine until our application was denied; they haven't given us clear answers. My application—submitted through the company Travel Kuz—was definitively rejected. MCC is acting in a completely opaque manner and won't disclose the reason for the denial. I believe the lawyers missed the deadline for submitting the documentation. It has been nearly two months since the rejection, and I still have no information regarding the reason for it.
