Great until you ask for warranty information
We have used tire kingdom for a few years now with great experiences until today. Today we were told our 18 month old tires were worn. We routinely have them rotated and maintained. We inquired about the warranty. Instead of discussing the warranty or providing a copy the cashier told us that the shocks were bad. We were not told that by the mechanic or it was never listed on any documentation. It was only stated after we asked about the tire warranty. When we pushed back he looked at our history and accused us of not maintaining our vehicle. We use another mechanic for routine maintenance. We asked about the warranty again and he told us our total. We left and I guess will need to reach out for warranty information in another way since he refused to provide and created nonexistent problems with our vehicle.
