DO NOT GO HERE. I called Mavis in Shorewood for a tire repair and they offered me a 3pm appt and I took it. I got there on time and asked how long it would be, the guy told me about an hour which was totally fine. About 40 mins pass and I noticed that they have not taken my vehicle back so I asked if they were going to soon. The guy very nonchalantly says "I don't know they're finishing up somebody then somebody else is in front of you" and I said that I made my appointment for 3pm because I had other things to do later today. He was extremely rude and with a lot of attitude said "yeah it'll take at least an hour to get to you, the guy was on lunch, I don't know what you want me to do about it". He was extremely rude and dismissive. They were so unprofessional and rude.

Slow leak issue
I went to Mavis Tire in Shorewood, IL to have a slow leak looked at. Kyle Pierce was able to have my Toyota
brought in with a short amount of time. Mavis Tire looked at all the rims and found the problem, cleared the corrosion from the rim and assured me that the problem was corrected. Service at Mavis Tire was what you would expect very good!!

$2000 for plug not a patch
Brought my 2015 GMC truck for a tire repair. Got a call that my truck was ready so i headed to Mavis and when i got there the police were there and they informed me that while the mechanic was driving my truck in their parking lot he crashed into another car. My truck was not drivable at the time. They had to pull the bumper out so that it would not pop the tire. After 10 calls to the store, many calls to corporate, my truck is still damaged and all they keep telling me is that they have to check the camera footage. Don't care who is at fault, i just know i dropped off my truck in perfect condition at Mavis. Shame on them for not taking care of it already !!!!
