The company was difficult to contact prior to the rental and phone messages were not responded to.
Service for taking the motor home was smooth, however returning it in Broome was a hassle. The office was way understaffed for the number of customers the company knew would be hiring and returning vehicles that day. It was not possible to discuss the defects of the vehicle as the wait was long and we needed to get to the airport.

Switching to Mauis Mercedes from Cruisin's Fiat was a god send especially with a trip from Broome to Cairne to tackle
