Excelent service and product!

Thank you for asking for my feedback. I would like to share one point that I believe is important for a brand positioning itself in the premium fragrance segment.

Unfortunately, the delivery experience significantly diminished the excitement and pleasure of receiving my purchase. The parcel arrived at the courier company’s local facility on August 2, and I was supposed to receive it on Monday, August 3. However, it is still sitting at their facility (August 9), with no clear solution or possibility for me to change the delivery.

What is particularly frustrating is that I cannot even redirect the parcel to another pickup point because the available pickup locations are constantly full. The situation is especially problematic in densely populated areas where very small pickup points, sometimes designed for only around 10 parcels, serve several large residential buildings.

In my experience, this courier company is among the worst in Poland. The lack of flexibility, overcrowded pickup points and inability to resolve a simple delivery issue are completely at odds with the feeling of exclusivity and attention to detail that I associate with MARC-ANTOINE BARROIS.

When purchasing a premium fragrance, the experience should begin long before opening the bottle. Unfortunately, in this case, the courier service became the weakest part of the entire experience and took away much of the anticipation and joy of the purchase.

I would strongly recommend reconsidering your courier partner in Poland if you want the delivery experience to reflect the prestige and quality of your brand.

The fragrance itself may be exceptional, but even a beautiful product can be overshadowed when the final step of the customer journey is handled so poorly.

P.S. Unfortunately, I now have an additional update to my experience. On August 11, the parcel was returned to the sender by the courier company, despite the fact that I had already redirected it to another delivery location. I also called the courier company the day before, on August 10, and was explicitly assured that the parcel would be delivered on August 11.

Despite this assurance, the parcel was returned to the sender instead. At this point, I have not even received the product I purchased.

I was absolutely delighted to receive a personal card, handwritten especially for me. It was so touching and made me feel like a truly special customer!

And the samples of your other perfumes that you kindly included as a gift made me realize that I want to buy those as well. I absolutely adore your perfumes!
