The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible. You can obviously only contact this company through online chat and they don’t bother to read the previous chat each time you respond to them . If you don’t reply immediately, which they don’t get back to you immediately, they’ll ask you to repeat everything you’ve already told them. And they absolutely lie about credit card information. I had an issue with them where my account was shut down for a streaming platform that I purchased through them so I contacted them and after seven days of them not being able to help, I gave up and contacted my bank and reported it as a disputed charge after a week or so it finally got resolved and I validated the charge. They’ve told me for over a month that they never got their money and I sent them a letter for my credit card company. I sent them the reverse charge information and they still say it’s not resolved but of course every time I contacted the online chat I had to repeat it so I’m done. I do not recommend this business if you want to keep your sanity the discount is not worth it. I’m going pay the full price next time or wait for random sales with streaming platforms I want to use.

SCAM - NO REDEMPTION
I would not recommend. I tested it out with a $9.99 purchase and they took my money with no redemption and then I had to file a chargeback to get my money back because their customer support couldn't figure out why my transaction didn't go through. Stay away from this scam site.
