The worst
Very bad. We exceeded our time and our luggages stacked inside the lockers. The only way you could add time was to make an account. The site was misleading and it didn’t work right, and although I tried to book extra time, it booked time for a different box and my previous order was lost. In order to get them out we ended up calling the help centre and I had to send them the confirmation email that I had the box 27 because they couldn’t find it in the system. The helpline was very slow and could not follow through. We lost our train and this is the worst service I’ve seen by far. For god's sake you have the card number make it automated, or charge in total at the end. GOD

In your case, our support team assisted you and provided access to your locker. However, multiple overlapping bookings and changes made during the process can lead to confusion and affect how reservations are managed.

Very handy service near Santa Justa train station in Seville
Used this service in Seville, it is a short walk from Santa Justa train station, and was very handy to leave the luggage and go and explore for the morning before catching my train. They have different sized lockers and you pay for the number of hours. You are emailed an entry code, everything worked flawlessly.

After carefully reviewing our system, we can confirm that there are no records of any door or locker opening attempts associated with your booking at our Santa Justa location, nor any incoming calls to our 24/7 customer support line during that time.
Just before our Santa Justa facility, there is another luggage storage service with very similar colours and appearance, which unfortunately can sometimes cause confusion. In these cases, our access codes are entered at the wrong location, so they will not work.
We believe this may have been what happened here.

There is no 24hr support available
There is no 24hr support available. I had a difficult time entering the facility and tried calling on the 24hr number and chose English as the language to communicate and no one picked up the call. It was early in the morning and I felt stranded and without help.
Thankfully the cleaning staff was of help and was able to help me navigate the system. The locker sizes are good and easy to use. But the false promise of 24hr support has left very mixed feelings for me.
