Simon was great from start to finish and got the result we wanted. We attended Crawley Magistrates earlier this week, that of which Simon has very good working relationships with, which made the process a lot smoother! He was very direct with me from the start which is exactly what is needed in this situation and managed the expectations well. Thank you!

I made a panicked call to them on a Saturday after receiving an unexpected court summons, and they arranged for Simon to discuss my options with me as quickly as possible. It was an expensive phone call, but well worth it and they were upfront with the cost.

I found all interaction's with both council and support were professional, and constructive. Expectations were managed and realistic from the outset. Assistance and direction in the compilation of documentation was timely and practical : direction by council was direct, and clear, which enabled arguments to be presented in an articulate and legally framed fashion. A caveat : outcomes are not within the gift of legal representation. I would though wholeheartedly recommend both council and support to provide your legal representation, and present your case in a favourable manner.
