Reply from Lawsons (Whetstone) Ltd - Edgware
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion caused. Our deliveries are kerbside only, which means the driver delivers the materials to the nearest safe access point at the front of the property.
Unfortunately, our drivers are unable to carry materials through the property to the rear of homes. We do aim to make this clear when orders are placed and we’ll review how this information is communicated to avoid misunderstandings in future.
They go above and beyond
Always helpful, they go above and beyond.
A great company to work with, far afar better than many others I won’t mention.
