Leicester air conditioning services ltd Reviews

Of the companies I obtained quotes from, I am extremely pleased I decided to go with Leicester Air Conditioning Services.

They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and the installation was as unintrusive as possible. I am incredibly pleased with the result.

Based on my excellent experience, if you are in the Leicestershire area, it would be a mistake to go with anyone else.

Leicester Air Conditioning Service did a superb job of installing our Air Source Heat Pumps, and this review relates to the first annual service of these units. The work was carried out inside and outside the house with care and consideration. A delightful company to deal with. Efficient air conditioning (heat/cool/dehumidify) at a surprisingly affordable cost

Amazing service and information. Knows their stuff on air conditioning and heat pumps. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Hayley

Amazing and so professional, would highly recommend Leicester air conditioning services
Was really patient with me as I was so confused at what system I wanted and was being rather fussy, they was super speedy and very clean and tidy so it’s a five star ⭐️ service for sure

Quick and efficient. Good price for the job

Brilliant. Had an air con unit fitted today by LACS.
The job was clean and tidy, minimum disruption and very professional. They are warm and friendly and really care about the installation and the customer.
They are committed to customer service and really know their business.
I would recommend LACS wholeheartedly.

Paul and his team did a great job fitting 2 air con units in our house, 1 for an office and one for bedroom. They paid extra due care and attention to the pipework and drains outside, proactively taking the time and hassle rather than short cuts. Inside everything was left immaculate. Highly recommended, might well be going back for more to replace our central heating with these!

From quotation, buying to installation, everything was perfect, we are really happy with everything from Paul, Wayne and Steve. Really nice looking ac system, very neat and clean work done by the lads, perfect can’t ask for anymore and a very good price, worth every penny, it was very nice that Paul kept me updated throughout. Thanks Paul and the team, looking forward to having more work done in the future.

Great service, friendly, on time and professional

Right from the moment I first met with Paul at Leicester Air Conditioning Services, I could tell that he was who I wanted doing our air conditioning installation. He was diligent in discovering our needs, honest about expectations, brands to choose, and went through all the options with us, and allowed us to entertain options even though they weren't his top recommendation. What sealed the deal was the fact that he gave us the best price of all those we looked at.

When it came to the installation, Paul was an absolute perfectionist, and well as being highly professional. The quality is superb. He used the best methods and materials possible to create the neatest runs inside and outside the house, and regularly went above and beyond to get things just right e.g. adjusting the angle of a conduit run to match a wonky window so that it looked right, even though it meant redoing his work - and I didn't even have to ask him to do it.

LACS left things tidy every day, cleaned up after themselves, and made good exterior brick work that had been slightly damaged by the work.

I couldn't be happier with the installation LACS have done for us, and for the way they conducted themselves during the installation and worked in our best interests to get the best result from the whole system.

Post-installation support has been great - he is still responsive to messages and is willing to research things and ask for manufacture support where needed.

I'm now looking forward to the next heatwave!

From start to finish the service has been excellent, can’t recommend them enough, perfect .
