I bought a steam mop which was returned as it arrived two weeks after the promised next day delivery. They took the return delivery on the 9th June. Ive rang three times for my refund of £99.99 and they have not paid me, I will never buy from karcher again. Im so glad I did not buy an expensive item.

Karcher, thank you, you have finally sorted my problem with my hand gun, excellent service, thank you Arthur, replaced my hand gun free of charge, very happy.

I bought a Karcher pressure wash based on the quality of the machine.
Over the past 4 weeks I have sent multiple emails to find out where my order is without any reply. I have spent hours on the phone to be told they don't know where it is and despite telling me someone will call me, no one has.
The staff on the phone are hopeless. They don't know what they are doing and they are rude when you question their inadequacy.
I have had to report the purchase as a fraud to my credit card company.
They are fake. Please don't fall into their trap.

I bought this product, (Karcher CV 30/1), because of the good reputation of Karcher, however I found the vacuum cleaner heavy and noisy but worst of all the motor burned out after only 17 months of use on a carpet only 2 meters x 2.5 meters. (In total equating to about 30hrs use). How this product would survive in an industrial environment is beyond me. Maybe I was unlucky????
I put this review on the Karcher website but they took it down.
