I got my first pair of iolla glasses around 1.5 years ago- I’ve been wearing glasses since I was really young and I need them all the time (except from when sleeping) as my eyesight is really bad.
First of all I just want to say that the store is lovely, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the frames are super stylish!
However, after about a year, my frames started to feel quite loose and a couple of months after, the reflective coating has started to come off of the glasses. I really love them but I’ve had to go buy new glasses elsewhere. Usually my glasses I’ve bought from places in the past have lasted several years without issues. I think the glasses would be absolutely fine if I was using them as reading glasses or only wearing them some of the time but I don’t think they last for people like me that need them all day everyday. It’s a shame as I really love the choice of frames!

My best retail experience of 2026! The pricing strategy is like a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere of the shop is really relaxed and stylish, staff are great. There are a lot of really good frames to choose from and it’s much nicer in their shop than in the traditional shops in malls with no natural light and that clinical environment. I’m telling all my friends about this shop in Green Street Cambridge!!!

The staff in the shop in Glasgow were absolutely fantastic they were so professional helpful and very friendly. The attended to me with such kindness and care and met my needs when shopping for my glasses they were all really really nice girls . A lovely experience I had shopping in IOLLA and have recommended to friends and family 🥰

Amazing service, I’ve got a big fat head and the lady there adjusted and adjusted and adjusted the glasses I wanted untill they fit perfectly.

Lovely glasses but took quite a long time for order to be ready. Could have been they were busy with sun glasses in summer. Lovely amazing product. Staff lovely and helpful as usual. Would recommend

Shop, staff and glasses all amazing. I would give ****** if I could. The shop itself is really stylish and cool, despite me being neither the staff were welcoming and gave great advice. It's great you can just turn up without an appointment. I absolutely love my prescription sunglasses. They look fab and my vision seems better than with my normal glasses.

Fabulous styles and a great customer service! I love the Edinburgh shop and I got several prescription as well as sunglasses there. I also love the fact that the thinning of the glasses is included so they look funky even if they are quite strong.

Brilliant customer service, friendly and helpful staff. Nothing any bother. Love my frames so was just updating my prescription but they have a great choice of frames. Highly recommend.

I only went to the shop in Richmond with my daughter but ended up buying. Some sunglasses. They had an excellent range at very reasonable prices. The guys in the shop were very helpful and friendly and said they would ensure my glasses would be delivered in time for my holiday a few days later -and they were. A brilliant shop.
