Love Iolla
I have bought numerous pairs of glasses from Iolla now and have gifted a pair to my son when he visited from Toronto
I just would not buy my glasses from anywhere else
Iolla has variety, value and fabulous customer service/experience
So all I can say is, Thank you iolla

Excellent service and my glasses are better than expected. From order to delivery in 10 days at a fraction of the cost of getting them done at a local optician. Very pleased with product, service and delivery. Highly recommend Iolla.

From start to finish, the purchase experience was perfect. I visited the location in Richmond. I got my glasses within two business days. They fit perfect, they are clear and sharp. Favorite pair I've had in ages. Will shop there again.

I had the best service ever at Iolla ST James Quarter. From the minute I entered the shop I felt welcome by the lovely staff. Staff were very helpful and took time to explain different lenses available. Lots of great designs at very reasonable prices to choose from and once ordered were very quick to complete. I will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

Glasses are not wearable, prescription seems wrong

I was very impressed with the service I received on my initial visit to Iolla. The assistant was very helpful, friendly and I felt he was sincere in his comments when asked for his opinion. I wear varifocal specs however I’d never been measured in detail until then. Once I had chosen my frames, all I had to do was email my up to date prescription. It was easy and I was delighted with my new specs which fitted perfectly. My second visit recently (some years later) was not as successful. The assistants didn’t give the same service I had received previously. I left the shop quite disappointed. I chose the same frame I’d been measured for before and ordered on line.

I got my first pair of iolla glasses around 1.5 years ago- I’ve been wearing glasses since I was really young and I need them all the time (except from when sleeping) as my eyesight is really bad.
First of all I just want to say that the store is lovely, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the frames are super stylish!
However, after about a year, my frames started to feel quite loose and a couple of months after, the reflective coating has started to come off of the glasses. I really love them but I’ve had to go buy new glasses elsewhere. Usually my glasses I’ve bought from places in the past have lasted several years without issues. I think the glasses would be absolutely fine if I was using them as reading glasses or only wearing them some of the time but I don’t think they last for people like me that need them all day everyday. It’s a shame as I really love the choice of frames!

My best retail experience of 2026! The pricing strategy is like a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere of the shop is really relaxed and stylish, staff are great. There are a lot of really good frames to choose from and it’s much nicer in their shop than in the traditional shops in malls with no natural light and that clinical environment. I’m telling all my friends about this shop in Green Street Cambridge!!!
