Inov8's customer service is excellent
Inov8's customer service is excellent. The jacket was sent promptly. Have yet to try this V2 but I had a problem with two jackets of the original V1 Stormshell and I have to say Inov8 have been brilliant in sorting the issue. Impressed with this company's customer service and ethos. Fingers crossed this new jacket will stand up to Devon rain (when we get some!).

Great service!
Good service and advice when they didn't have what I thought I wanted! Didn't try to sell me the most expensive alternative (actually pointed me towards something on sale because that was the best other option). Also, the woman that served me (sorry, I didn't catch her name) was knowledgeable when we talked about different lacing methods and patient!

Ordered Sunday arrived Tuesday
Ordered some Roclite Pro boots Sunday and they arrived Tuesday. Not used yet but have a pair that have proved to be fully waterproof, super comfortable and very rugged

The Trail Talons are my favourite trail shoe and despite the sizing being slightly smaller (had to go up another half size) they’re great!

I bought these mainly because of the…
I bought these mainly because of the good reviews but importantly for the rock plate and superb shock support they provide. The tracks and hills in the central southern uplands are very stony and slippy in the autumn and winter and these boots seem to be made for this terrain. Love them.
