Friendly and responsive staff

Friendly and responsive staff. The online customer portal for completing registration details is clear - we haven’t got to the contract signing step yet but don’t expect any problems. Overall seems well organised and professional.

Great experience- with lots of unexpected

Everyone from HHI was very responsive, forthcoming and nice. The boat experience in the Laguna was different than expected, but that was due to a lack of preparation. For example it is not recommended to swim in the Laguna and there are very few spots where you can moar the boat, especially not for a quick stop - regardless which island, it’s always a struggle outside of the HHI official moaring areas. However the reason for scoring 3/5 is primarily due to several breakdowns of the boat. AC was down for most days, generator didn’t work, service battery down, ….

We saw the HHI service team more than our kids during this week. All nice people, however one can expect that the boat is in better shape when you start your vacation.

All in all a good experience and great to have done it - it will remain a once VJ in the lifetime thing.

It is quite rare today to encounter…

It is quite rare today to encounter such a genuinely client-focused approach.

Our situation was somewhat unusual, as we were trying to organise a family celebration with very specific dates and arrangements. Nevertheless, the team took the time to understand our needs and quickly found an elegant and practical solution that worked perfectly for everyone involved.

What impressed us most was not only the professionalism, but also the flexibility, attention to detail and sincere willingness to help. It is this kind of thoughtful and personal service that creates confidence and turns a simple booking into a truly pleasant experience.

The team was very attentive and…

The team was very attentive and answered all our calls on the first couple of rings. Our particular boat was quite new, very well appointed and a pleasure to pilot... albeit a little slow (but I know that's an issue with the law, and not HHI). Don't be afraid to ask all your questions. They're sure to have an answer.
