Good evening, months ago they had Henboo.ventures, I had a bitcoin mining balance there, suddenly they changed to henbbo.biz and when I entered my email it says no accounts were found for the information provided. This happens when I log in and ask to remember the password, and when I register my email, a message appears saying We are closed to new registrations now. Can you fix this, I want to recover my BTC?

Same as the previous user. The website just changed the domain and my account credentials are no longer valid. The recovery password says there is no such account. They owe me a lot of money. Stay away.

They have moved the site to another domain name again and I am no longer able to access the site as it claims my email is not valid or in their system when I attempt the password recovery option

This is a totally false claim for them to make and I have not violated any terms of service to cause this error

Draw what conclusions you may from this

If they were to see this and reactivate my account so I could withdraw then I would change my opinion

Unfortunately I had a 75 day stake that ended this past Sunday. Henbbo.com's website states it may take up to 72 hours to receive your deposit and earnings. I've received neither 96 hours later and no help via TG, IG, or X (other than directing me to another site where i have to do my withdraw from! which seems very scammy. I've withdrawn directly on the website before, why not now?

the company is not adding profit regularly since two days my profit are not added to my balance not responding properly for my queries totally not satisfied with the company

Henbbo is a scam , I invested 700 usdtt only for me to withdraw in 15 days they automatically reinvested my money for 295 days and when I wrote a review about them , they block my account . They asks me to go to their office in UK to claim my money ...It is not yet over because I must claim my money from them.

Do not invest in Henbbo, Henbbo restoked my funds without my permission for 295 days, and they wont return it. They locked my account for talking about it. I can prove it. Thats why they 400 days on the market. they do number of that , they will release money for the rest and the ball is rolling. There are people reaching out to me experiencing the same.

Overall a good experince so far. What i question is that my investment suddenly turned into a 295 day investment. This was not my intention, and i am sure i did not hook on for 'autoinvest'. I see several other inevestors experinced the same.

A few days ago my investment contract ended. Nothing happend, no money on my account. Contacted support via telegram explaining the situation, I explained that I've not marked the auto reinvest mark and asked them when I can expect my money on my account. They read the message, but don't react at all. Instead of that they just reinvest my profit in a new year contract without my permission. I'm not the first investor who has experienced this, my refferal had the exact same situation.

Before I was really satisfied with henbbo, support responded, slow, but helpful. Paying al my withdrawals super fast, but now they really disappointed me. Hope they fix this problem for me and my refferal to regain trust.

Update: got an email from trustpilot, henbbo want more information about the case, so I gave them what they needed from me. No response at all, besides henbbo blocked my account for no reason. No communication at all. Very unprofessional behavior and probably not even a real business. Until they prove otherwise, stay away from this so called business.

Update 2: henbbo accused me for slandering. Tell me on what point I'm wrong and come with facts because I already did so. There is no such thing as an office, you guys only play hide and seek. Act like a adult and earn your money on a fair and honest way instead of scamming and acusing people. I would like to see another solution from you guys.. Do business like a businessman, or shut down your operation.

I read the responses from the company (henbbo ventures) condemning me to have two accounts which led to suspending my account, such claim is untrue. Let them be honest, since I joined them I had never used more than one account, Never! May be them have an agenda behind this issue which is un displayed.

Their trick is to steal the money from your account balance and not pay it out.
They supposedly invest it in an auto-reinvest plan.
Unfortunately total SCAM.
Please don't invest money.
The support laughs at you and admins on Telegram want your account password.

They have automatically reinvested my money which is not proper. very soon they will answer me that I should come and meet them in their office as they said to people not considering that we can be in différent country. I chose the staking plan of 99 days and they reinvested it back for 295 days. before investing my money I read the reviews here so I never press on Autoinvest. now they will say they dont have access to the autoinvest botton which it a big lie for me. really sorry but it is painfull to take people as fool and when you tell the thruth about your issue they will flagged your message. is it not proper. their service is not responding on gmail even on telegram they have cold answer

The company has wrongly blocked my account and withheld my funds. Investors are requested to be careful. I have been cheated by this company. As soon as I requested a withdrawal they closed my account. Now they tell me that if you want your investment back, you have to come to our u.k office.
