Helan experience was ok overall
Helan experience was ok overall. I know it's necessary due to long term sick leave but it always freaks me out when i get summoned and it's so strict that I have to go even if it during working hours on a day i am actually working according to my work schedule. So I thats mentally hard to deal with.
on a positive note the doctor I saw started off harsh but also softened eventually while we spoke and could see the situation while and went to consult a colleague when was not sure what to tell me etc.
So at least walked out less anxious then I walked in.

Very bad klantenservice …
It takes ages before you have a problem solved by them. You have to call 20 times to make sure the procedure is correctly done because they don't even contact you when you're missing a document.
