Green Motion operates a car rental desk at Riga Airport (RIX), serving travellers arriving at the Marupe district site, postcode LV-1053. The desk is based within arrivals Terminal E, at the car rental station, and operates 24 hours a day, every day. If you arrive from an EU country, the office is straight ahead and to the left of the exit door. If you arrive from outside the EU at Terminal C, exit the terminal, turn right, walk straight for 30m, turn right again and enter Terminal E, where the office is on the left from the entrance. For assistance, call the branch using the number in the branch details on this page. Desk opening hours (local time): open 24 hours, 7 days a week, including public holidays.

Always looking to charge you extra if you don't take out their insurance or pay for the cleaning up front, no tolerance of the rules and not easy to deal with either avoid at all cost 😞even though I had cleaned the car that day they charged me 40 Euro anyway even under the bonnet how ridiculous they interpret Thier own rulees.

I’m sorry you felt pressured about insurance and were charged €40 for cleaning despite cleaning the car. I understand why that feels unfair. Please send our customer service team your booking reference and any photos from return so they can review the cleaning charge and explain the decision.
