Green Motion operates a car rental station near Mallorca Airport (PMI), serving Ca n Pastilla and the surrounding area with a rental desk located just a few minutes from the terminal. On arrival, exit the terminal through door 6 and walk straight ahead towards the parking building in front of you, following the signs for "Meeting Point". From there, call the branch (the number is in the branch details on this page) and a complimentary shuttle will collect you, usually arriving within 5-10 minutes, to take you to the rental station. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 08:00–21:00. Public holidays: 09:00–17:00.

Replying my last review

What is truly frustrating is having €1,500 blocked on your credit card for a rental that cost just €102!

Two simple scratches on a car costing €1,100 to repair is completely unreasonable. But that is your business. Looking at Green Motion's reviews worldwide, I believe people can draw their own conclusions about the way your company operates.

I am replying here simply to make it clear that I still have not received my money back. My deposit remains blocked, and this situation is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, Green Motion partners with EasyJet, yet EasyJet also refuses to take any responsibility for the type of business it is promoting to its customers.

I hope other customers read these reviews carefully before deciding to rent a car from Green Motion. My experience has been extremely disappointing.
