The app is quite ok

The app is quite ok. My battery is controlled by Greenely, and that makes it comfortable, but sometimes I would like to intervene. This is not possible thou in that case I have to change mode and it might take time til I can go back to automatic mode. On the whole I’m satisfied with Greenely.

Worst customer support

Worst customer support. I tried reaching out to them for a month regarding a billing issue, but only ended up chatting with an AI bot. It kept promising to forward my queries to human support, but nothing ever happened. I’ve decided to move away from them now so be careful what you sign up for.

Incompetent customer agents

The customer service could be greatly improved. Long waiting time on the App if you want to get through a physical customer agent and not AI. Unfortunately imcompetent customer agents through the customer service line. My issue got resolved after 1,5 week, trying to reach them multiple times. Quite disappointing .

False advertising on homepage

Swedish homepage states that new customers are getting a free real time monitor, no conditions mentioned. But according to Greenely support this offer is not applicable when signing up by a comparison service.
False advertising like this bring down my trust in Greenely.

What we meant on our website was that the real time monitor could be included free of charge when signing up directly through Greenely as part of a campaign. When signing up through comparison services, there is usually already a significant discount applied to the electricity contract, which often provides a strong overall value. ⚡️

Savings from using the battery …

The savings from using the battery are far from what I had expected when I signed up for this. Especially now lately it seems like there is very little activity with the battery.
