I have been emailing to them regarding my furnitures I have requested them to ship from Melbounre to Malaysia, they have not replied back to me. Told me to contact the sales team for this specific enquiry, which I did and have yet to receive any response for a month now. No clue if the furntures are lost, damaged or not even shipped out. If any staff from Grace sees this, this is urgent and very unprofessional.

Amazing throughout our move from oz to uk. Great comms and everything was packed up and delivered to the rooms we needed it to with no problems.

Grace were outstanding. Professional in every way, accomodating and enthusiastic. They wanted our move to be stress free and easy. From first contact with their sales team to the final collection of empty boxes they were professional throughout. Matt and John were awesome removalists.

Great staff very professional but ensure you are there to see wrapping is sufficient. We had a few furnitures broken

Not good at all. Initially the rep told us that the shipping will be delivered in approximately 2 months although it took 3 and half months.
Promised us that there will be no added cost in any form from their partners in arrival country although it charged me nearly $1000.00 extra to get my shipment.
After all these suffering, some of the items were damaged when I received.

And yet I have not received a single call from the company about my experience.

Luckily I paid for insurance, but Now, i have another headache to send them emails regarding damaged products to claim for insurance.

Terrible service

The team arrived on time. We’re polite professional moved quickly and everything was moved cleanly and without any damage. Max and Nick were the boys who helped us.

My interstate move from Newcastle to Melbourne went very smoothly. The guys in Newcastle were fantastic - they disassembled my furniture easily and were quick and efficient packing everything up. Savannah from the Newcastle office was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process.
Max and Nick in Melbourne were amazing. They treated all of my belongings with such care and were so efficient moving everything in. They helped make a stressful day so much easier - thank you! I would use Grace again.

Had our movers Nick, Max and Sam move all our big items from our property in Wyndham Vale, to an hour way in Craigieburn.

All three lads were firstly very polite, accommodating, ensured all our belongings were moved and placed safely, and executed the move in an efficient manner.

Overall great experience from the team, from comms before the move to the move itself.

Good company, removal process was smooth.

From my first enquired email , I received nothing but support from Grace removals . Katheryn was so helpful and made the whole experience very easy .
Our products were collected and packed with such care and all arrived in Ireland in perfect condition.
