Clubs from France
I have used Golfbidder a few times in the past but what is not made clear at present is that clubs can now be sent from FRANCE. This is not made apparent when you purchase clubs (I was on the UK site) - it is only apparent when you receive the dispatch details. I will not be purchasing from them again because of this as it is risky enough trusting golf club deliveries in this country never mind from overseas.
***UPDATE: I received a call from Golfbidder shortly after I published my review. Clubs coming from France is a new thing apparently but I stated that it should be displayed on their website as people may want the club quickly or be put off by delivery from overseas. They refunded my postage as a goodwill gesture and I adjusted my review positively by 1 star.
Bottom line is - THEY NEED TO DISPLAY IF COMING VIA FRANCE.

Some trouble with delivery but got there in the end
Previous 1* review:
Ordered a set of clubs in the 10th of April, and I've still not had any delivery or even an update.
I was contacted by Customer Service who was very helpful and organized a second delivery in the 15th of April, but this too was delayed, not delivered and no update from them or the courier.
Very disappointed 😞 heard such good things about Golf Bidder, but now I'm very reluctant to trust them again.
EDIT - 5*:
After a long wait, I've received my order! A change of courier, great customer service and a small compensation for my poor experience has definitely shown me that Golf Bidder go above and beyond to ensure top teir service.

Payment issues
Very easy process regarding receiving the box and the clubs being sent away and received however difficulties with being paid out, being told I’d get the payment one day and then not receiving it, with no communication letting me know it would be delayed. Disappointing.

The club was just as described
The club was just as described and p&p was reasonable. Only minor issue I had was I ordered on a Saturday of a bank holiday weekend so I had to wait three days after the bank holiday for the club to arrive. That disappointed me, but everything else was great. No hesitation in using them again.
