I ordered a VPS and completed the payment, but I got stuck at the phone verification step since their system failed to deliver the code to three of my numbers. I opened a support ticket regarding this issue, but even after one business day, I haven’t received any response.

After ordering a server in Georgia, I received the response, "Hello. There are no free IP addresses in Georgia to activate the server. We can offer you a replacement location for your order. Will this suit you?" I declined and requested a refund. They didn't refund me and credited the amount to my balance, which I'm not satisfied with. I requested a refund through ticket #2782, and they never responded. They're not serious at all.

Useless service. You buy Kazahstan VPS, half of the services show Netherlands. So they don't have ready lcoal IP addresses, and they don't care how fast the geo information is edited. Here the reply:
"Unfortunately, we cannot give any advice on the speed of data updates. All we need to do on our part is provide up-to-date data, and we do it in a timely manner. We cannot be responsible for the speed of updating any given database."

not working server. i lost my money.

I tried the Minimalist plan at €5.50 – the cheapest option. Surprisingly, it handles several landing pages without issues. Deployment really took just 15 minutes as promised. The only drawback is no automatic backups on basic plans. Support sometimes gives generic replies but generally helps. A good budget option to start with.
