I don't normally write reviews, however future clients needs a bit of attention dealing with this real estate agency in Formia called Gabetti (on via Vitruvio). Throughout our buying process they weren't only showing unprofessional conduct and improper dismissive behaviour towards to client, but dishonesty and misleading. They deceive buyers, they are highly incompetence, and they provide very poor communication towards to clients.
Avoid them if you want an attentive, knowledgeable agency.

Gianluca and Michela guided us through each decision and the paperwork. Both stayed kind, courteous, and on top of every step in the purchase.
Even after the purchase they continued to provide clear advice and support.

Ludovico Tartaglia is a superb kindly funny and helpful estate agent.
I bought a second property in Italy from him and the experience was wonderful and in stark contrast to my experience of buying the first from Abruzzo Rural Property.
At each stage not only did Ludovico explain each rationale but gave useful advice and found lateral solutions to the problems that arose.
He was very honest about the condition of the property( unlike my previous - where they only mentioned the neighbours right of way through my garden on day of signing and lied re number of bedrooms and gave paltry after sales service despite promises) ludovico helped well beyond his remit to ensure, amongst other aids the connections of gas,electricity, water and advised re annual property tax.
If you give medals or bonuses to staff or franchisees I nominate Ludovico for both .

I contacted the agency in the Fleming neighborhood last month that just opened and I had a terrible experience. the staff was young and unqualified. they asked me for unofficial extra money and were unaware of the property's technical issues. I strongly advise against it.

Accurate, kind, perfect on organization and details, but most of all: full knowledge of their job. Totally happy every time I went back to them!

Her description of property and lack of knowledge of how to negotiate is of no benefit to purchasers or vendors.

Venice is unique, making it a wonderful place to visit and live. Some of the things that make it unique also can make it a challenge. Raffaela understands those challenges and has helped me live here comfortably. I admire her knowledge and respect her work ethic. I recommend her to anyone who wants to stay or buy in Venice and anyone who has a property to rent or sell.
