I provided several pieces of evidence clearly explaining the problem I encountered, but despite this, my refund request was denied. I find this decision completely unfair, especially considering the evidence I provided.
I tried to resolve the situation properly and amicably, but unfortunately, I did not receive a satisfactory solution.
I am really disappointed with the way my case was handled. I hope my experience can help other people be cautious before using this service.
