I joined Percepta in April of this year. Caryn got in touch to introduce herself as my EuroLondon contact. From that point on, Caryn has delivered on her promises to supply the candidates we require. Caryn is always polite and friendly as well as being super efficient and reactive to some of the changes or difficult challenges that arise. She’s been a great support to me personally whilst navigating a new role and business and is an exemplary representative for EuroLondon.

Our relationship with Euro London started well - Ben did a good job asking a lot of questions to understand our need as a boutique media agency hiring ad sales people, and the sophisticated profiles we are after.

Sadly, the person they found for us ended up being a really bad fit, which then took us into a 7 month long process. We asked for our due 50% for terminating the contract on time, but the agency insisted on finding us a replacement, which they were not able to provide, and in the end only refunded us 25% instead of the due 50%. What was most frustrating were the dozens of follow up emails and lack of response from Euro London, which delayed us in finding a replacement on our own and honestly did not leave us feeling we were dealing with professionals, not with people who ultimately cared about the outcome and impact on our business. We hire several people per year but will not work with Euro London again.

My experience was very positive experience during the the whole recruitment process. I would like to thank Thomas for all the support !

Sourced through Euro London Appointments. The test from EA arrived on 20 May and I finished it the same day. Over five hours of focused work, on the assumption I was dealing with a serious process. During the week after submission, Alex was out of office. A colleague covering for him told me they would update me as soon as EA responded. Then silence. After submission, no contact, no acknowledgement.

When Alex came back on 26 May, his answer was one line: "EA will be in direct touch with you if you pass the task." Nothing else. No acknowledgement of the time invested, no clarity on the relocation that was still hanging in the air, no structured feedback, nothing. I replied that I expected actual evaluation notes from people who reviewed the work. His next message was the real shock: he had spoken to EA, and apparently if candidates do not hear back within one to two days, they have failed. There was no scorecard, no reviewer comments, no indication of what was strong or weak. Just a vendor passing along a one-line corporate non-answer.

That policy was never disclosed to me. Not on the introductory call. Not when the test arrived. Not when I confirmed completion. A candidate who is about to spend five hours of unpaid time on a linguistic test deserves to know upfront how the feedback will be handled. Telling someone after the fact that silence equals rejection is the kind of process you would expect from a low-end portal.

I held back on other offers in good faith. In return I got an absent recruiter, an undisclosed feedback rule pulled out at the last minute and a process that treated five hours of senior linguist time as if it cost nothing. Anyone thinking of applying through Euro London for a serious role should know exactly what they are signing up for before they invest the time.

The recruitment interview and follow-up were very good and professional

I was recently placed by Euro London Appointments into a senior role within the financial technology sector after a highly competitive multi-round interview process, and Sandra Woodruff and the team were exceptional throughout.
