I Went through the Home Depot website and they use Ergeon. From the get-go, the communication was a problem, even shady. I was getting ghosted by the person in charge. I could never seem to be able to get a number or get a hold of the person who was going to build the fence.
So, i called Home Depot to cancel the order and the very next day, i got a call from Nestor who wanted to do damage control. He offered me a $200 discount to appease me of my troubles, i'm sure. I gave them a second chance.
He was more communicative, but they kept cancelling on me. Twice and at the last minute. I don't have confidence in how this company runs at all. I don't know who Pablo is, the supposed person in charge, before him it was a Rogelio or something like that, and they are just no shows, runarounds, ghosting, or very last minute cancellations. They message you the day before confirming, and the day of, 30 min prior, they cancell. First, car troubles, then something about a fever. to me, it's just excuses.
Funny thing, my boss asked me who i was using cause he was looking for someone to build a fence on their property and I said that i would never use Ergeon again and i don't recommend them at all.
Needless to say, i'll be cancelling officially again with Home Depot. This time, for good.

This company Eregon Fencing is absolutely a joke with what appears to be unqualified people trying to give quotes. I set an appointment for 4 o’clock today to review my needs and wants for a fence to go up. Instead, I thought I was on an episode of “PUNKED” while talking with the representative. I laid out what I needed in basic terms of a wood fence, with lengths of the yard and the type of fence I wanted. I don’t know if this guy was just inept or not wanting to do his job. Instead, he tried selling me on a vinyl fence when I was asking for a wood fence. By about the 10th or 12th minute of the call, he stated this was not within the scope of work they do. So I asked if you’re a fencing company why wouldn’t it be in the scope of what you need to do? Simple job putting up fence on one side of yard completely new fence in the rear of the yard and put up pickets on each side. An absolute waste of time waiting on these clowns to call and getting that response of this does not fall within the scope of our business. If you’re reading this, I would highly consider looking for another fencing company because this was an absolute joke. Irving Mercedes is a poor excuse of what a sales person is and does.

very pleased with the fence installation and would definitely give the company a five-star review. The workers arrived on time and were courteous, professional, friendly, and did a great job completing the installation. Nicoly, who was my main point of contact, was excellent throughout the process. My only criticism is the cleanup afterward. The digging disturbed the grass and left dirt and debris around the fence that I had to clean up myself. I feel that this should have been taken care of automatically as part of completing the job, rather than something I should have had to mention. Other than that, I was very happy with the service and the quality of the woRk.

I’ve been working with Vernadia from Ergeon since July to plan a fence replacement, and the pre-installation process has been surprisingly seamless. Vernadia was polite, professional, and never pushy throughout the entire setup.

During our video call, she mapped out the project using an aerial view of my property to cover the three sides and two gates I needed. Her knowledge of materials made estimating linear footage easy. Since my old fence fell over from rot at the ground line, she walked me through options like upgrading to galvanized steel posts for long-term durability.

The 3D diagramming tool was the most impressive part of the design phase. It generated detailed drawings of each section, allowing me to rotate the view from any angle to check the kickboards, hardware, gates, and below-ground concrete footings.

After getting HOA approval to bring in goats to clear out kudzu along the fence line, we set our installation date for September. Working with Vernadia was a pleasure, and the virtual planning tools made getting ready for build day simple and stress-free.

Had 2 scheduled “video” calls with them and was blown off twice. “Miscommunication” was the first excuse even though they send you the link for the time. Second time was in direct contact with the rep and he stated 3:30 is good at 3:15. Asked him if he would send a new link or if I should use the old one. Gone without a trace. I assumed use the old one and once again. Ghosted. I wont mention the reps name but other than this company is a joke. Dont recommend.

They came out gave me quote very professional need my fence up before the holiday, it was up in no time will recommend them for more work any questions they return my call workers very professional

He was very punctual and patient as we navigated the fencing project… it was my first ever virtual call and he was kind and helpful in making it a very pleasant experience ! Ergeon has a very organized and efficient process. Good customer service. The installers were hard-working and dedicated to finish my fence installation in a timely manner. I also found Ergeon’s fencing price reasonable. I recommend Ergeon for fence project.

Very shady business practices. They do not return calls/answer messages. They submitted an expired insurance policy to the township. They charge you to haul the soil/dirt that they remove to install your fence. They charge your credit card without authorization- beware!

I had a teleconference with Mel with Ergeon about a fencing project. I was able to ask questions, see what it would look like once completed. The process is seamless with getting a quote, payment & scheduling.
Mel was very informative & open to all of my questions.

Kerecia did a great job walking me through the process of getting my gate designed, she was very professional and knowledgeable and I’m excited to see what my fence looks like.

The fence crew showed up on time, walked through explaining what to expect, asked questions regarding gate placement etc then got to work. A three man crew accomplished in less than a day more than I would’ve been able to do in a month. Excellent craftsmanship, engagement with me and left my yard cleaner than they found it. Thank you for a superb job and we already recommended your services to another client.
